3.Features of W-Ni-Fe/W-Ni-Cu Alloy Cube:
 
A: Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy:
 
High sintering density, strong strength and plasticity, and some ferromagnetism define tungsten-nickel-iron alloy. It possesses great X-ray or -ray absorption capacity, strong thermal conductivity, good electrical conductivity, and good plasticity and machinability.

(1) General specific gravity ranges between 16.5 and 18.75 g/cm3.

(2) High strength: tensile strength is 700-1000Mpa;
 

(3) Excellent radiation absorption: 30–40% more than lead;

 

(4) High thermal conductivity: Die steel's thermal conductivity is 5 times that of tungsten alloy;

 

(5) A low thermal expansion coefficient, around 1/2 to 1/3 that of steel or iron;

 

(6) Excellent electrical conductivity; utilized extensively in the electric welding and lighting sectors;

 

(7) Has good weldability and processability
 
B: Tungsten Nickel Copper Alloy:
 
The added nickel-copper ratio (weight) is generally 3:2. Compared with tungsten-nickel-iron alloy, copper does not have the effect of nickel and iron to activate sintered tungsten, so its sintered density is slightly lower, its strength and plasticity are poor, and heat treatment and deformation processing are generally not performed.
